The following table sets out details of Scottish Land Court hearings which are due to take place in the near future. Please note that only the start dates are given but hearings can last more than one day and they can be subject to cancellation at short notice. Anyone wishing to attend a hearing may wish to check with the Court’s office to ascertain whether the hearing is still taking place.
Where the venue is listed as “Virtual” the hearing will take place virtually, using an online platform, and access details can be obtained by contacting the Court’s office. Please note that Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service rules and restrictions will apply.
